As if this market couldn’t get any hotter, prices are heating up even more throughout the GTA in both month-over-month & year-over-year comparisons.

 

TORONTO CENTRAL

In Toronto Central, detached home prices have climbed 22.1% year-over-year with the average price clocking in at over $2.7 million.

TORONTO WEST

Over in Toronto West, semi-detached homes experienced the strongest growth with a 17.4% increase from this time last year.

TORONTO EAST

In Toronto East, the pricing of detached homes jumped up 16.2% in comparison to September 2020, with the average sold pricing increasing from $1,119,659 (2020) to $1,335,425 (2021).

DURHAM REGION

The market in Durham Region is still on fire with the average price of a detached home reaching $1,086,681. That’s an incredible 34.2% increase year-over-year.

YORK REGION

York Region is closely mirroring the hot competition that we’re seeing in Durham with most of the average pricing growth falling between 30.2-35.1% for detached, semis and towns.
